We ensure all products are in 100% perfect condition when they leave us and they should always arrive to you the same way.
Refunds are issued in the event of a manufacturing fault and the item cannot be replaced or mended.
We also offer a 7-day no questions asked returns policy so you can make a risk free purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us and we will provide a full refund. It MUST be in original, brand new condition and in its original packaging. If the item has been removed and/or scratched or altered in anyway or if the packaging has been damaged in anyway it's going to be almost impossible to provide a full refund sorry. Some minor wear on the packaging can be acceptable but the item itself must be in perfect untouched condition.

RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return for STORE CREDIT.
Any item not in its original condition and appears to have been used, soiled or damaged are not eligible for a return.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed and we will be in contact with you via email.
To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this in your parcel when returning your item.
Please note that every item is tracked using scan codes. Any scan code that does not match the customer details is immediate rejected.
To return your product, you should email us and we will provide you with the best return address depending on your location.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of online shopping, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable sorry but shipping is very inexpensive these days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
